Weigh in 2 days early today, and I was disgusted to see I was only down by 0.2lbs.

Down is down I guess.

This week will be hard cause we're away.
I'm just p*ssed that I worked hard and its not paid off!

You're right chick -- down is still down -- and on top of that, you weighed in early, so in the next 2 days you might have lost more.

Either way, it's better than holding steady.

Plus I think it's supposed to take 1-3 weeks for any changes in calorie intakes to take hold and start showing effects. So maybe you're body just hasn't finished adjusting yet.

Plus you got on the wii - which means exercise - which means building muscle -- even if it's only 10 minutes!

we've been insanely good this weekend, at rorys house, proper meals, potatoes, rice, lots of veg, chicken, fish, all cooked fresh and very well, with no excess fat or rubbish, and we've done a LOT of exercise too!

I just have to try really hard now that i'm in the hotel, and have access to bad bad food!

Actually no, I don't. I can however tell you to take your air jordan shoes and stick them up your poor english speaking ass.
