The Daily Plate is referred to on here in many ways -- TDP, The Daily Plate, and Livestrong.com just to name a few. It's all the same thing... in the end, its a FREE online service that you can use to track your calorie (and other nutrient!) intake. Most foods are already entered in their database, so 90% of the time it's just a matter of searching for what you ate and clicking to add it to "My Plate" for the day.

If you're not already a member, I encourage you to checkout the dailyplate -- either in it's simple stand alone version, or on the livestrong site.

If you are a member, please - answer the following questions:

1. What is your TDP/Livestrong username?

2. How long have you been a member?

3. Which version of the site do you use -- TDP or Livestrong.com

4. Do you want your name published in our list of TDP members interested in TDP friends that will be made available to the community?

Extra info: If at anytime your answers to these questions change, please post a reply to this or contact the moderator -- bambier at gmail dot com. Comments to this entry will be screened and are only accessible by the moderators of this community.
